Considering an average craftsman weaves around 8,000 knots per day, it would take over 674 days to complete—excluding time spent preparing the loom, dyeing the fibers, and designing the pattern.

Classic Medallion Design with Symbolism

The rug showcases a classic medallion design with a central star radiating into 16 heart shapes, symbolizing perfection and the harmony of duality—male and female, shadow and light. Delicate floral motifs enhance the field, while the four corners mirror the medallion with 16 hearts, maintaining balance and symmetry. The main border features lotus motifs, representing purity and spiritual growth, complemented by three side borders with intricate floral patterns.
