Traditional Turkman handmade rugs and carpets usually feature repeating overall patterns with symbolic motifs such as Camel Foot, Ram’s Horn, Mirror, and Rooster Crown, reflecting elements of the culture and daily life of tribal communities.

This particular rug is woven from pure, fine wool, valued for its strength, softness, and long-lasting durability. It features an overall design incorporating a bird’s nest motif with six anchors, symbolising settlers by the beach, along with boat and anchor elements within the pattern.
